INTERFACE
A new company, filled in from its tax ID
Type the tax ID and the rest arrives from ANAF: legal name, address, VAT status. All that is left is the company type and the rate profile.

What each optional module does
The common base covers the entire operational flow. The modules below activate on top of it, only if your business actually needs them.
Treatments
Decompose compound waste into recoverable fractions, with recipes predefined per company and automatic stock movements when the session is completed. For example, a fridge comes out as iron, aluminum, plastic and freon.
Bookings
Pickup requests from companies and individuals: schedule, assign drivers and print the route sheet. Visual dispatch board with live map position, driver GPS tracking active only while a pickup is underway, and automatic WhatsApp/SMS confirmations on assignment and completion.
SIATD robot
Automatically fills SIATD forms straight from your collections and outflows on the WEEE flow, with a verification step before final submission. Removes repetitive manual filling and is billed per processed intake, not as a fixed module.
Accounting
Full invoicing for companies and institutions, with VAT regime detected automatically and complete payment tracking. ANAF SPV e-Invoice integration for sending invoices and automatic rejection alerts, plus SAGA (.dbf/.xml) and Nexus ERP export.
Market prices
Reference price history per waste type, shown next to your own catalog prices. Includes international benchmarks too: daily LME prices for base metals, converted to RON at the official BNR exchange rate.
CRM & quote management
Full tracking of customers and partners, with automatic reminders for sent quotes and contract renewals, so you stop keeping this in a separate spreadsheet.
Phone signature
Turn any dedicated phone (reception, office) into a remote signature pad. The customer signs with their finger, and the signature appears directly on the NIR and PV, next to yours, with no dedicated signature tablet needed.
Phone ID scanner
Photograph a new individual's ID card (new or old format) right from the field app; data is extracted automatically, you confirm or correct it, then the person is created without typing everything by hand and with no dedicated scanner needed.
Advanced reporting (BI)
Dashboard with trends, period comparisons, stock forecasting and custom export per waste type, geographic zone or operator, beyond the standard legal reports.
Partner portal
Self-service access for partner companies: they send pickup requests, see the quotes they've received, pick their preferred time slot, and track their own active contracts and transaction history, without calling you for every detail.
Smart scale
The scale sends the weight directly into the platform when a collection is logged, with no manual entry and no transcription errors. Automatic alert once when the connection drops and once when it comes back, visible on the intake screen and in Settings.
HR module
Employee records, mobile clock-in with hours calculated automatically, and time-off requests approved directly in the app, plus automatic alerts when personnel documents are about to expire. It doesn't replace payroll or Revisal, but it exports everything your accountant needs as a CSV/XLSX file.
VanaGreen AI assistant
A chat built into the app that answers using your company's real data (stock, collections, reports) and can trigger actions, such as creating a collection, but only with your explicit confirmation at every step.

We connect the app directly to electronic scales and other weighing equipment: the weight lands in the collection automatically, with no manual entry. Every hardware integration is priced separately, depending on your equipment's brand, model and protocol. It's not included in the bundle prices above. What we're building next
Top priority: the accounting module
Automatic VAT regime, general ledger, trial balance and tax filings (D300, D394, D390) generated directly from data already entered. The goal: automate 80-90% of accounting work, with no external software running in parallel.
Final disposal/recovery operators
For companies that actually dispose of or recover waste: R/D operation code, own environmental permit and full mass balance.

VanaGreen isn't a closed box. If your company has a specific process that doesn't exist in the platform yet, it can be added anytime, not just at initial implementation.
